Veg Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I have heard that travelers may find it difficult to eat their vegetarian food in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) as the local cuisine is considered heavy, spicy and non-vegetarian but don't worry because there are many restaurants that make vegetarian food only because I live in Malaysia And I have never faced any problem about taking food.

Today's blog topic is about what are the best restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, so today I will tell about some restaurants that I have tried personally and whose food is also quite delicious and tasty. You will never feel that you are out of India after eating in n all these restaurants.

Sarvanaa Bhavan:-

Saravanaa Bhavan is arguably the most established and well-remembered name in the business of Indian cookery. Highly established restaurant that is famed for their Southern Indian vegetarian food.
All spices are directly imported from India. Staff are brought in directly from India, ensuring their familiarity of the recipes.Operates in over 10+ countries worldwide.

Mr. Naan and Mrs. Idli:-

This restaurant sounds like a mom and pop restaurant, Mr. Naan and Mrs. Idli restaurant is a vegetarian restaurant that offers two other dishes on top of typical northern and southern Indian fare. This Restaurant Offers both Northern and Southern Indian vegetarian dishes.

One of the few rare restaurants to offer veg meal. Restaurant located opposite the famous Nu Sentral mall in Brickfield.
The food is very reasonably priced with a good portion. Their service was really good, super friendly staff and good food as well! Would definitely recommend it.

WTF Bangsar:-

Unusual name aside, WTF Restaurant in Bangsar comes highly recommended for its Indian vegetarian food. This restaurant serves not merely a medley of India favourite, but international flavours as well. Ingredients are sourced fresh from market daily. Dessert are also offered, albeit with a lighter, mor delicate flavor.

Indian Kitchen:-

Love the food here. One of the best you’ll find in Bangsar area. There is quite a bit of wait time for the food but only because it’s prepared fresh. Been here multiple times and they never disappoint!
Food is delicious! Prices are decent. Portions are substantial. Service is good. Highly recommended.
Good balance of spices and flavours. I rate this establishment a perfect 5 star. Highly recommended for authentic flavour ..both south and north cuisine

Address: 64, Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Operating hours Daily 8:30AM–11PM

Adyar Ananda Bhavan Brickfields:-

High Class Indian Vege Restaurant, This is very likely their second outlet after the one in KL. It has all the typical A2B food and sweets. As most people would know, the price of food here isn't cheap. It's a vegetarian restaurant that serves a variety of Indian food you usually don't get in other Indian Restaurants. Most of the workers there seem to be North Indians but communication doesn't seem to be a problem. Good place if you're planning to have something light for the night. Whenever we crave for idli, we order from here because idli and chutney is very tasty here.

Address: 254, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
3.3 km
Operating hours Daily 8AM–11PM
